Growing up in a Christian home, my earliest memories are filled with church songs, prayer meetings, and the guiding hand of my mother, who raised me to know and love God from a very young age. Church became my second home, and I’ve always found purpose in serving and being part of that community.
Life, however, hasn’t always been easy. Raised by a single mother, we often struggled to make ends meet.
Despite her sacrifices, affording school fees was a constant challenge. When I finally received my university admission letter — a dream I had long prayed for — the joy was quickly overshadowed by worry. How could we possibly afford it?
It felt like my dreams were slipping through my fingers… until AMSHA Foundation stepped in.
With their support, I am now studying Mortuary Science — a field that is often overlooked, yet so essential. My goal is to bring dignity and compassion to families dealing with loss, especially in underserved communities where proper funeral care is limited. I want to serve with excellence, kindness, and respect.
I am deeply grateful to God and AMSHA Foundation for believing in me. May God bless the work of your hands, and may many others continue to find hope through your generous support.
